Since launch, the single most common request from active users has been some structured way to earn from sharing ZeroLoss with people they know — friends, family, followers, communities. The Referral Program, launching today, is our answer to that request, and we built it around a specific principle we think matters more than the headline commission rate: it should reward genuine, sustained value, not just the act of getting someone to click a link.
Recurring, not one-time
Commission is based on the trading profit generated by the accounts you refer, for as long as they remain active — not a flat signup bonus that pays once and stops mattering the moment it's paid. This was a deliberate choice over a simpler flat-bonus structure: a one-time bonus rewards the moment of signup and creates no ongoing incentive to actually support or stay engaged with the people you refer. A recurring model ties your earnings to whether those referrals are genuinely finding value in the platform over time, which we think is a healthier incentive for everyone involved, including the people being referred.
How the tiered structure works
Commission starts at 10% and scales upward with referral volume and account performance over time, with full tracking visible in your dashboard as it accrues rather than only becoming visible at payout. We're launching with a straightforward tier structure that we expect to refine as we learn more about how the program is actually used in practice — this is a first version, not a finished, permanently fixed system.
What counts, and what doesn't
A referral generates commission when the referred account actually connects an exchange and trades — not simply upon registration. This means the program doesn't reward volume of signups disconnected from actual usage, which we think is the right incentive from day one rather than something we'd need to correct for later after seeing the program get gamed.
Getting started
Generate your unique referral link directly from your dashboard — there's no separate application process, and no minimum requirement before you can start sharing it. Full current details, as the program evolves, will always be kept up to date on the Referrals page rather than only announced once here and left to go stale.
Why we're starting simple
We considered launching with a more elaborate structure — multiple bonus types, time-limited promotions, leaderboard incentives — and decided against it for a first version. A simple, transparent recurring-commission structure is easier for participants to understand and easier for us to honor consistently, and we'd rather earn trust in the program with a straightforward structure before layering in complexity that could make the terms harder to reason about at a glance.
What we're watching as this rolls out
How referral activity correlates with actual account engagement over the coming months, and whether the tier thresholds we've set reward the behavior we intend them to reward. We'd rather adjust the program based on real usage data than assume we got the structure exactly right on day one — if you're an early participant, feedback on how the program feels in practice is genuinely useful to us at this stage.
