Getting Started

What is ZeroLoss?

ZeroLoss is a technology platform that connects to your own crypto exchange account and runs automated, non-custodial trading on your behalf, within fixed risk parameters.

Do I need trading experience to use ZeroLoss?

No. ZeroLoss is built for people who don't want to learn charts or place trades themselves — you connect an account and the automation handles execution.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a ZeroLoss account, connect your exchange with a trade-only API key, and enable the permissions automation needs to begin executing.

Which exchanges does ZeroLoss support?

ZeroLoss currently supports Binance, Bybit, BingX, OKX, KuCoin, MEXC, HTX, Bitget, Kraken, Coinbase, and Poloniex, with more added over time.

How long does setup take?

Connecting an account takes a few minutes. Automation typically begins executing within 24 hours of a successful connection.

Is there a minimum balance to start?

Minimum balance requirements depend on your exchange and the automation strategy connected to your account — check your dashboard for current thresholds.

Can I use ZeroLoss on mobile?

Yes. The dashboard is accessible from any mobile browser, so you can check balances, trades, and history from your phone.

Do I need to download any software?

No. ZeroLoss runs entirely in the cloud — there's nothing to install on your device.

What happens after I connect my account?

Automation activates and begins managing execution within the risk boundaries defined for your account. You can check in anytime, but there's nothing further to configure.

Can I cancel or disconnect at any time?

Yes. You can revoke the API key from your exchange account at any time, which immediately stops ZeroLoss's ability to place trades.

Non-Custodial & Fund Security

What does “non-custodial” mean?

It means ZeroLoss never takes possession, custody, or control of your crypto. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times.

Can ZeroLoss withdraw my funds?

No. ZeroLoss only ever requests trade-only API permissions. Withdrawal access is never requested, accepted, or used, under any circumstance.

Where is my money actually held?

In your own account, on the exchange you connect — the same one you already control, with the same login you already have.

What if ZeroLoss shuts down?

Your funds stay exactly where they are, in your own exchange account. Automation would simply stop running; nothing would need to move.

Does ZeroLoss pool funds across users?

No. ZeroLoss does not pool, commingle, or transfer funds between accounts. Each account's assets and activity remain independent.

How do I verify ZeroLoss can't withdraw?

Check the permissions on the API key itself from your exchange's API management page — you'll see exactly what's enabled, independent of anything ZeroLoss tells you.

What permissions should my API key have?

Read and trade only. Never enable withdrawal permission on a key connected to any automation platform, including ZeroLoss.

Is my exchange account itself secure?

Exchange account security (password, two-factor authentication, withdrawal whitelists) is your responsibility, separate from ZeroLoss's role in execution.

Does ZeroLoss ask for my exchange password?

No. ZeroLoss only requires an API key and secret with trade-only scope — never your exchange login credentials.

What's the difference between custodial and non-custodial platforms?

Custodial platforms hold your funds directly or require withdrawal-enabled access; non-custodial platforms like ZeroLoss can only place and manage trades, never move funds out.

How Automation Works

How does ZeroLoss's automation actually work?

ZeroLoss operates a large number of autonomous system units — execution, risk control, monitoring, and governance — that run continuously within fixed parameters.

Is a human placing my trades?

No. Execution is handled entirely by automated units following predefined logic; there is no manual trading involved.

Can I customize the trading strategy?

Core automation runs on ZeroLoss's system-defined logic. VIP accounts get access to additional strategy and risk-control options — see our VIP Program page.

Does automation run 24/7?

Yes. Automation operates continuously, without needing to be manually started, stopped, or monitored.

What markets does ZeroLoss trade?

ZeroLoss executes on the spot and futures markets available through your connected exchange, depending on account configuration.

Does the bot ever stop trading?

Automation can pause due to risk limits, exchange connectivity issues, or account-level settings — it is not designed to trade through every possible condition regardless of risk.

Can I see what trades are being made?

Yes. Trade history, balances, and performance are visible in your dashboard at any time.

Does ZeroLoss guarantee it will make trades every day?

No. Automation executes based on market conditions and risk parameters — it may place few or no trades during periods that don't meet its criteria.

What happens during high volatility?

Automated risk controls are designed to enforce exposure limits and reduce risk during volatile conditions, rather than chase rapid price movement.

Can I pause automation temporarily?

Yes, automation can be paused from your dashboard or by adjusting API key permissions on your exchange.

API Keys & Exchange Connections

How do I create a trade-only API key?

In your exchange's API management settings, create a new key, enable read and trade permissions only, and leave withdrawal permission disabled.

Can I connect more than one exchange account?

Yes, ZeroLoss supports connecting multiple exchange accounts, depending on your account tier.

What if I regenerate my API key?

You'll need to update the new key in your ZeroLoss dashboard — automation will pause until the new key is connected.

Is my API key stored securely?

Yes. API keys are stored encrypted and used solely to execute the trade-only actions automation requires.

Can I restrict the API key to specific IP addresses?

Most exchanges support IP whitelisting for API keys — check your exchange's documentation, as ZeroLoss's connecting infrastructure IPs are available in your dashboard.

What happens if my API key expires or is revoked?

Automation pauses immediately. Trading resumes once a valid trade-only key is reconnected.

Does ZeroLoss support futures and margin accounts?

Yes, depending on the exchange and account configuration — futures trading typically needs to be separately enabled on your exchange account.

Can I use a sub-account on my exchange?

Many exchanges support sub-accounts with independent API keys, which can be connected to ZeroLoss the same way as a main account.

Why does ZeroLoss need read permission, not just trade?

Read permission lets automation see balances and open positions so it can manage risk correctly — it does not grant any ability to move funds.

Fees & Profit Sharing

How does ZeroLoss make money?

ZeroLoss takes a share of realized profit generated through automation, as disclosed when you connect your account. No fee is owed on realized losses.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

Fee structures depend on your account tier — check your dashboard or the pricing shown at signup for current terms.

What happens if the bot doesn't make a profit?

If there's no realized profit, there's no profit share owed — ZeroLoss's share is only calculated against actual realized gains.

How often is profit share settled?

Profit sharing is typically settled on realized daily profit, as outlined during account setup.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Fee and profit-sharing terms are disclosed at the time of account connection, and our Terms of Service outline the general structure.

Does ZeroLoss charge for losing trades?

No. There is no fee tied to losses — only a share of realized profit, when profit occurs.

Can fees change over time?

Fee terms may be updated; material changes are communicated through the Service, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Do VIP accounts pay different fees?

VIP accounts may have different fee or profit-share terms tied to their tier — details are provided during VIP onboarding.

Is the crypto card free to use?

Card fees, limits, and terms are provided when you join the card waitlist — see the ZeroLoss Card page for current details.

Risk & Trading Outcomes

Can I lose money using ZeroLoss?

Yes. Cryptocurrency trading carries real risk, and automation does not eliminate the possibility of losses, including significant losses.

Does ZeroLoss guarantee profits?

No. ZeroLoss does not guarantee profits, specific returns, or protection against losses of any kind.

What is liquidation risk?

Leveraged or futures trading can result in liquidation — the forced closure of a position — which can cause the loss of some or all allocated funds, independent of ZeroLoss.

How does automation manage risk?

Risk control units enforce exposure limits and predefined boundaries, but cannot eliminate market risk entirely.

Is automated trading safer than manual trading?

Automation removes emotional decision-making and inconsistency, but it does not remove market risk — see our Risk & Liability Disclaimer for full detail.

What markets carry the most risk with ZeroLoss?

Leveraged futures positions generally carry more risk than spot trading, due to the possibility of liquidation.

Should I only invest what I can afford to lose?

Yes. As with any trading activity, you should only allocate funds you can afford to lose.

Does past performance predict future results?

No. Historical or illustrative figures shown by ZeroLoss are not a guarantee or promise of future performance.

Who is responsible for trading outcomes?

You are responsible for outcomes on your account. ZeroLoss provides automation software only and does not manage funds or provide investment advice.

Where can I read the full risk disclosures?

See our Risk & Liability Disclaimer for complete details.

Referral & Affiliate Program

How does the ZeroLoss referral program work?

You share a unique referral link; when someone signs up and connects an account, you earn a recurring share of their trading profit for as long as they stay active.

How much can I earn per referral?

Commission is tiered — 10%, 12.5%, 15%, and up to 20% monthly recurring, with select account structures reaching up to 25%.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No. There is no cap on total referral earnings — income scales with the number of active, profitable accounts you refer.

Do I get paid if my referral doesn't trade?

No. Commission is based on real trading profit, so an inactive referral does not generate ongoing commission.

How do I get my referral link?

Sign up for ZeroLoss and generate your unique referral link directly from your dashboard.

How do I track my referral earnings?

Every referral, trade, and commission is visible in your dashboard in real time.

When are referral commissions paid out?

Commission is calculated on realized referral profit and settled according to the payout schedule shown in your dashboard.

Can I refer people from any country?

ZeroLoss's referral program is available globally, subject to local law and each user's ability to legally use the Service.

Is the referral program the same as the franchise program?

No. Referrals are individual, link-based invitations; the Franchise Programme is a formal business partnership — see our Franchise page for details.

Do referral terms ever change?

Referral tiers and terms may be updated over time; current terms are always shown on the Referrals page.

VIP Program

What is the ZeroLoss VIP Program?

VIP is a tier for accounts that want priority strategy access, deeper automation controls, and faster support — while staying fully non-custodial.

How do I qualify for VIP access?

VIP access is generally tied to account balance and activity; request access from your dashboard or the VIP Program page.

Does VIP change the non-custodial model?

No. VIP accounts operate under the same non-custodial, trade-only structure as every other account.

What extra controls do VIP accounts get?

Enhanced risk controls, smarter exposure limits, and refined trade logic suited to larger balances.

Do VIP accounts get early access to new features?

Yes. VIP accounts get early access to new bots, strategies, and premium features before general release.

Is VIP support different from standard support?

Yes. VIP accounts receive priority monitoring and faster support response for automation-related issues.

Is there an extra cost for VIP?

VIP fee or profit-share terms may differ from standard accounts — details are provided when VIP access is granted.

Franchise Programme

What is the ZeroLoss Franchise Programme?

It's a partnership model that lets you offer ZeroLoss's non-custodial automation to your own network and earn recurring revenue as a long-term partner.

Is a franchise partner the same as a reseller?

No. ZeroLoss is explicit that franchise partners are long-term partners, not resellers — execution stays centralized with ZeroLoss.

How do franchise partners earn money?

Through a recurring revenue model based on active user accounts under their franchise, rather than one-time commissions.

What support do franchise partners get?

Dedicated partner support for onboarding, plus a marketing and training toolkit — branding assets, pitch decks, and onboarding guides.

Do I need trading or technical experience to become a franchise partner?

No. Execution and automation are handled centrally by ZeroLoss — your role is building and supporting your own network.

How do I apply for the Franchise Programme?

Reach out via the contact link on the Franchise Programme page to start the application conversation.

Is franchise revenue capped?

No. Franchise revenue is designed to scale with the number of active accounts under your network.

Can a franchise partner also be a regular referrer?

The two programs are structured differently — talk to the partnerships team about which structure fits your situation.
