Non-custodial Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains what "non-custodial" means in the context of the ZeroLoss International ("ZeroLoss") service, and the limits of our role in managing your exchange account.
1. What "Non-custodial" Means
ZeroLoss never takes possession, custody, or control of your crypto assets. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times — we do not operate a wallet, vault, or pooled account of any kind.
2. No Access to Withdrawals
ZeroLoss only requests trade-only API permissions. We do not request, accept, or use withdrawal-enabled API keys under any circumstance.
3. Your Responsibility for Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your exchange account, login credentials, and any API keys you generate — including two-factor authentication and any withdrawal whitelist settings offered by your exchange.
4. API Key Permissions
You control exactly what permissions are granted to any API key connected to ZeroLoss, and you may revoke access at any time directly through your exchange account, independent of ZeroLoss.
5. No Pooling of Funds
ZeroLoss does not pool, commingle, or transfer funds between user accounts. Each account's assets and trading activity remain independent of every other account.
6. Exchange Relationship Disclaimer
ZeroLoss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the exchanges you connect to. Your relationship with your exchange is governed solely by that exchange's own terms of service.
7. Limitation of ZeroLoss's Role
ZeroLoss's role is limited to executing predefined automated trading logic through the API permissions you grant. ZeroLoss does not have the technical ability to withdraw, transfer, or otherwise remove funds from your account.
